产品描述:玖城牌全合成磨削液是化学合成型金属加工冷却液，不含矿物油，不含任何硫、磷、氯添加剂，具有X异的清洗及散热功能，内含极为X的多种润滑成份，X高速磨削时可快速渗透到磨削的部位，抑制气阻形成，迅速带走热量及废屑，防止工件或砂轮烧伤现象发生，工件表面光洁度极高。
产品特点:
具有X良的冷却、润滑、防锈、清洗性能，能够大大延长砂轮使用寿命，加工工件光洁度高。
浓缩液含且高，使用比例低，抗微生物性能好，工作液寿命长。
加工时渗透性好，清洗性好，对机床油漆无影响。
防止细菌生长能力强，使用寿命长，维护成本低。
对人体皮肤无刺激、废液易处理。
产品应用:
适用于精密硬质合金零部件的磨削加工工艺。
尤其适用于小尺寸零件的精密磨削加工过程。
推荐使用浓度3%～10%。

It can quickly penetrate into the grinding parts, restrain the formation of gas resistance, take away the heat and waste chips quickly, and divvent the occurrence of the workpiece or grinding wheel burn, and the surface finish of the workpiece is very high.
characteristics:
It has excellent cooling, lubrication, anti rust and cleaning properties, and can greatly extend the service life of the grinding wheel and finish the workpiece with high smoothness.
The concentrate has high content, low use ratio, good microbiological resistance and long service life.
Good permeability during processing, good cleaning, no effect on machine tool paint.
It has strong ability to divvent bacteria growth, long service life and low maintenance cost.
It is not irritating to the human skin, and the waste liquid is easy to handle.
Recommended use:
Suitable for grinding process of divcision cemented carbide parts.
It is especially suitable for divcision grinding process of small size parts.
Recommended using concentration of 3% to 10%.
