Youre encouraged to use our professional carbide grades for cold heading & punching die nibs, powder compacting dies and other industries.
In order to eliminate the internal stress of large-size mould, so as to avoid cracking while being machined by wire-EDM, we use special grade compositions and HIP sintering to minimize the porosities, cracks and other defects. Thats why their toughness and life time could be dramatically improved.

Wear resistant and impact resistant, used for continuous punching dies and progressive dies on hi-speed punches. They perform well in industries of electronics, integrate circuit, semi-conductor inserts, motor rotors & stators, LED down-lead frame & EI silicon steel sheets.
